I took a quick long at the London open. The Franky & pre-Franky are up, it was a small SL on the 5M.
It did look like it could go up more (it has now), but I had already decided to exit it at the Franky high.

Yes, trading in the direction of the pre-Franky in the past month has worked out really well. And holding it till the first hour of London.
Just make sure that pre-Franky is near the edges, or it is breaking the overnight range.
I've closed most of my short at 22 before the London open. I'm running some, the SL is now at BE.
Asian was down & pre-Franky was also down. The risk near the pre-Franky high was really small (4 pips SL), so it was worth a try even if I was to get stopped out.
Update: Friday close is at 833, a break below it was important. Let us see now if the London with continue it or fade it.

1. Session ranges are indicating a long.
2. Option barrier 0835 immediately supported it.
3. 12 Hourly indicates a cap on the lower side.
4. 4 hour indicates a tight range.
5. Pre franky is forming High lows these days so i took it.
It really jumped fast that was unusual so i was caught offguard.
I believe it is a range and will drop back in but i dare not fade it.

It was a good trade. Today also pre-Franky put in the low near the overnight range low & the 835 options barrier.
I did not trade the Franky or London open today. Got busy with tasks overnight, so I knew would not be up in right mind to take Franky open. So, I decide not to.

I was initially short based on pre-Franky break of the low, but I was stopped out on that trade, on break of 900.
I did reverse it on the break of the high & it's pullback. I am down -2 pips for the day.
I'm done for the day. It is still below the overnight range high, so it can go down also. But don't go around shorting it.

I was also short based on pre-franky and got stopped out. The markets seem a bit choppy this morning

0900 485 Million.
0875 140 Million.
0860 756 Million.
0850 947 Million.
Price loves pushing deep into barriers, so if 875 doesn't hold you can expect drop all the way till 0850.

my guess is a short for the day, but it will line up for a sell.
There is talk of ukraine war negotiations and it could cascade the eu higher so short only if it is positioned and close when proven wrong. Ofcourse i could be wrong now and it could be selling now.
