We have different kinds of liquidity and there is a way liquidity works I don't know the method to use so you can understand, liquidity is built at different levels at the current trading level, price don't go back to sweep an old level and you call it liquidity, that maybe liquidity yes but it's not the engineering liquidity, engineering liquidity are always created , just look at that image, now if a liquidity level is to be swept it will be a previous level that , buyers or sellers earlier initiated themselves, not an old level where price sold from to demand and then you think when price reaches there it will use the place as liquidity, no price will create new engineering liquidity, check the image the time window especially
