DAX- Daily Update (Thurs, 8th Oct 2026)
Bias: Bearish
Technical Outlook: Bearish Descending channel.
Intraday-Analysis: Dax has been on the bearish move for months now, and we're beginning to see some exhaustion by the bears on LTF.
With a creation of double bottom at 24806 price level, this will show the bears are no longer able to create lower lows and such the bulls will be stepping in aggressively soon.
I'm positioned for opportunity to go long.

DAX Update (Fri 9th Oct 2026)
double lows created.
I positioned and bought from the low.
Entry: 24913
SL: 24639

The double low gives the long setup a reasonable foundation. watch for bullish displacement and a break of the nearest lower-timeframe high to confirm buyers are taking control, while keeping 24,639 as the invalidation level.

I'm expecting a Bearish reaction at the 25188 internal resistance level to present opportunity to go short, with invalidation level at 25301. A break above the internal resistance and invalidation of the bearish channel is what will fully confirm the bias has changed completely.
Trade Setup
Entry:25188
SL:25301.

Are you still holding or you are out of the trade?

I closed out. The buys are correction because the bias is still bearish so I have to stay sensitive to sell reactions.
I'm positioned for shorts today.

Closing the longs in line with the bearish bias shows good discipline. For the shorts, watch for bearish rejection around 25,188 and lower-timeframe confirmation, while a break above 25,301 would invalidate the setup.

The bearish setup remains valid as long as resistance holds. wait for clear rejection and bearish displacement around 25,188 before entering, while a break above 25,301 would invalidate the short bias.

A slowed bullish momentum towards the resistance level is another good sign to watch out for as it will signify buyer losing strength giving room for bears to position for takeover. .I'll position as well

Slowing momentum at resistance can signal buyer exhaustion, but wait for bearish rejection or a lower-timeframe structure shift before entering. If price breaks above 25,301, the short setup is invalidated.

Yes. A break above 25,301 invalidates the trade setup. Also, I'll wait for a bearish confirmation on 15mins before execution at the 25188 entry level.

On 1hr, price has created an intraday-bullish channel which I'll also wait for it to be invalidated before I go short on the asset with entry at 25188 price and SL at 25301.

That is the best plan which ever way you just wait for confirmation

Price is reacting at the 25,150 Supply zone, below my entry zone.
I'm watching if price will invalidate the bullish channel and signal a reversal for bearish continuation. Then I'll set my limit order.

SL: 25301

Waiting for the channel to be invalidated is a good Idea at least the retest should give more rejections for further confirmation

Price is beginning to give bearish reactions from the Supply zone close to my Entry (2150). Trading above my SL, will completely change the sell narrative.

DAX-Trade Update (Mon 12th Oct 2026)
As at last week towards Thursday and Friday, I was looking to short DAX (Entry-25188, SL-25,301). I waited for price to invalidate the bullish channel it created before executing the sells as at when price got to my POI, but there was no invalidation. Rather, price respected the trend channel but invalidated my POI, cancelling the short setup expectation from that level.
