What GER40 Represents
GER40 reflects the overall strength of the German economy, which is the largest economy in Europe. Because Germany is a major exporter and industrial power, the index is often influenced by global trade, manufacturing data, and European economic conditions.
Some of the major companies inside the index include:
Siemens
SAP
BMW
Volkswagen
Adidas
If most of these companies perform well, the GER40 index rises. If their stock prices fall, the index declines.

On the daily timeframe, the high of a previous daily candle was swept and the low is still standing. This shows that we will keep selling until the low is taken out.
