This is a basic Supply and Demand Concept.

There's always a base, before a rally, or a drop depending on the current trend of the market.

The AMD model is not different from it.

One of the characteristics that the base (Accumulation phase) is completed is, the first breakout from the base (Range box) is mostly a fakeout (Manipulation) before price drops or rally in its intended direction (Distribution).

It's already done that but was expecting a sweep of the Asia high at 60674, before newyork session then back to 60613

The basic demand and supply concept is key yes but the AMD is how those demand and supply concept works if you are buying at a discount or demand level, you need to picture what price is doing at that level, which is what AMD helps you in doing, if you master it very well like the charts I have shared if you check closely some are demand levels some are supply levels but you need to see the picture clearly if not you will become the liquidity for price movement

Infact before trading a demand or supply level always expect that the level could be swept at anytime so if that level is not swept yet, your money isn't safe at all

Look at the BTC chart you can see the market was already selling massively, infact so many were on that trade and price was moving smoothly all of a sudden a sweep happened there and immediately those SL were taken price started going smoothly to the downside so just see it that way yes supply and demand concept but if that supply or demand has not been swept don't be very confident of your money you can see the sweep of 77841

But high frequency traders can get in and get out before any sweep happens

It doesn't mean, you don't trade In seconds or minutes no, we can all say that's gambling, you can scalp and scalping can take you close to an hour for a trade, so all am saying is that when you want to trade you consider if levels have been swept if not keep a 1:2 or 1:3RR then you opt out, okay take example this ustech setup that didn't trigger @30508 level i have refused to remove entry untill price get to that low i anticipated @ 28606, I am there that's because there was a sweep.of the high before that move down, it's of my opinion that yes demand and supply is there but what happens around the supply and demand
