Price almost reached my TP target before reversing back and giving me a loss. Silly of me, I was up 10 points and should have secured some profit instead of allowing it reverse into a loss.

I was watching Nas100 to take sell trade after price swept above a key high, broke below a key structural level to the downside my levels at 30508 for first sell limit and 30596 as my second sell limit level, with same SL level @ 30722waiting for price to trigger at that level to sell to the downside

I just took a long on US30 after price broke out of the lower pre-open range and reversed upwards

I had eyes for the retest of the 51400-51200 region, on this US30 but missed it.

I'll still follow this buys on US30. If price reacts at 51900-52000 region and retraces back to 51580 - 51600 minor support region, i'll love to join the longs too

Trade in progress

I closed the trade in profit even though it didn't get to my TP target because I don't want to hold the trade overnight due to price gapping.

The NYSE has opened by 9 30 am or 2 30 PM UTC+1. Pre-open hour has been boxed out and price rejected at the edge of the box so I took a short position

Today a bullish engulfing formed from a previous day NY session high so I am long US30

But the stock exchange is not yet open

Today is a PCE inflation news day, the PCE report is already out but the stock exchange has not yet opened to the public. I want to assume people have started placing Market on Open Orders (MOOs) and that could be the reason for the bullish engulfing that formed. This is just speculative on my part, its a risky trade but its worth the try.

The NYSE has opened and I have boxed our the pre-open period with a black box. A beak above 52,415 will mean market is bullish and a rejection there will mean bearish

Price rejected at 52,415 and I sold but price has reversed and come back to 52,415. I should have closed the trade when it was in profit
