Is Exness as good as their commercials make them seem?

I keep seeing a lot of adverts about Exness on YouTube claiming they are like the best broker ever. If you have traded with them, will you agree they are an outstanding broker or are they just an average broker with a good marketing team?

I traded major currency pairs with Exness and the spreads were okay, but my stop losses were executed at inferior prices especially during high volatility markets. Another thing I didn't like about them was the way their client area is designed; you cannot transfer less than $1 from one of your accounts to the other one. You need to fill a mini form for every withdrawal, the client area is not well designed and it affects user experience. I also saw an advert where they talked about a so called "stop out protection" but I have never seen it work while trading with them.

Exness customer service is not as good as i expected. They didn't even assign an account manager to me. Their withdrawal process is also unnecessarily lengthy, I had expected they will just save my account details and send the money to it every time i request a withdrawal.

Exness claim they offer better than market conditions, but this can be debated because i noticed their spread on Indices and Gold fluctuates a lot and is usually higher than competition. Exness also needs to be on TradingView alongside other reputable brokers. So far, the platforms they offer are just MetaTrader and their Exness mobile app/web trader. Even the MetaTrader they offer does not come with free Expert Advisor kit just like HF Markets and Pepperstone MetaTrader does.

Exness is an average broker, they are not excellent but at the same time they are not bad. I have trading accounts with three brokers: Exness, Trade Nation and Pepperstone; out of these brokers Exness is the one I use for day-to-day trading but when I want to trade news events, I use Trade Nation or Pepperstone because they have guaranteed stop loss and they dont really widen their spreads during news events.
