The NAsdaq stock exchange has opened by 9 30 am EST or 2:30 pm UTC+1 and I have boxed out the pre-open hour of 1:30 - 2:30 pm. Price broke out of the lower pre-open range, tried to reverse back into it and failed, so I shorted the break of structure
