Got stopped out of this trade

Still holding mine. Price is quite close to my SL (30801), but It's reacting at previous week's high. I'm wating to see if it will hold and how the current 1hr will close at the zone before by 10am.

I would have added position at that current level, but I'm trading less active today. that one position is enough. I wasn't sure price will get there, otherwise I would have waited to enter from there instead.

Nas100 is bullish

That level is much valid but price has to reject it first , am looking at the lows close to 30587

Stick to your recent structure which is bullish unless the bias of your recent structure changes to sells

Nas 100- Trade Update
Price retraced from the weekly level and was quite close back to my entry before NFP
I had opportunity to close the trade with a -$50 loss, but I didn't. I wanted to see how the prop platform reacts to news trading, and there was slippage on my risk when price stopped me out.

I risked $185 but the loss was 198.80

Already I knew NFP was going to be positive for Nasdaq and other risky pairs but didn't open Nasdaq trade because of my drawdown limit

Alright.
Nas100 has retraced from the New All-time high currently retesting the resistance it broke out from at the 30,800-price level which was previously my invalidation level in my sell trade.

Am cutting down on losses so I can't hold for long

That's a good consideration. especially as NAS100 is still very bullish and the sells are just counter trend trades.
With this bullish channel formation, I'll stay in line with the trend next week until price invalidates it signaling it wants to change direction.

It's good you put the state of the account first. There will always be another NFP, but once the account is gone, it will be more painful for the trader than the market.

NFP eased the pressure on USD a bit, but NAS 100 has been resilient with its rally.
Gold reacted to the ease that's why we witnessed a rally first before it was subsequently followed by sells.

If NAS100 invalidates the new intraday bullish channel it has created today, next week, then a heavy sell might kick in as well.
I'm watching out for key levels at 30,800 where a break below will trigger sells. 30913 where a break above 30913 will result in buy continuations.
