This is nice. But if i were to take the sells when the price was around this region, would have had my entry at 30352, using the Head and shoulder 4hr Pattern formation. it's more visible on the 15mins though.

The head and shoulder entry pattern is not a bad one at all but my entry at 30508 was precisely a risk management entry I had two entries and my entry rule is above my 70.5 Fibonacci retracement is my SL so price doesn't wait once and triggered it straight reversal to my direction is price is going my way but if for example an risking 1k and price goes against me by 600 naira know that it will hit my SL because it doesn't go above 50% my risk amount that's like 99% so now look at my chart I had two entries and a further entry at that zone of 30352 would have put me on 3.5 to 4% risk from that SL of 30722 so I was only following my risk management plan

I've got a re entry on Nas100

The sells should continue

Check it out

I will wait for an order block to be created to trade from except I just want to scalp then I can use the 30 min, because there could be an accumulation at that level you want to sell, from 29448 to 29779 so a break out of that level with a strong momentum is what can validate that zone for trading that's my own view

Risk management plan must be prioritized at all times. The market will always be there, but your Capital may not.

Buying gold at this time won't be really smart as from my own view because gold is yet to break a key level even at the 4hrs timeframe, marking out 4123 to 4137 look closely that a bullish break above that zone can give us that confirmation that a trend change is coming, check the chart image

I get sha.

Whatever works better for you

I got the level I was looking for on gold at last look at the 4hr timeframe chart, my point of interest is at 4123 to 4137, invalidation above that 4137 is a trend change for me so i will prefer to sell from that level but there must be a tap into it

Yeah it's best to wait for confirmation before taking the trade

Scalping it a bit @ 4058 if I get invalidated @ 4054 I will wait for another confirmation at NY session

Where you placed your tp is very strategic

That's very unique.

I always place my tp at fair value gap levels look at the image, the difference gap between 3 consecutive candles

Yeah i can see it

You know fair value gaps are point of interests for some setups

i basically demand/supply or order blocks just like this on the chart

Fair value gaps yes acts as magnets for price but it's not all fair value gap that works out , and an order block is valid only when it has a fair value gap look at the chart example , and also a mitigated fair value gap can't work out if you want to trade too ...check the chart image i have highlighted a mitigated fair value gap, unmitigated and a valid order block
