I’m expecting massive sells to buy. The sells have started already. Happy new trading month to everyone.

Why were you expecting sells? cos I had expected that this morning eurusd price will rise due to the middle east tensions with the USA.

MY SELLS EXPECTATION WAS PURELY TECHNICAL, I DID NOT FACTOR IN FUNDAMENTALS AT ALL. EURUSD GAVE ME A BREAKOUT TO THE DOWNSIDE ON THE WEEKLY TIMEFRMAE WHICH ALIGNED WITH THE MONTHLY TIMEFRAME. THE LIQUIDITY ON THE MONTHLY HAS TO BE SWEPT AND I WILL START EXPECTING BUYS

bro like seriously, why is the dollar getting stronger when US is at war with Iran?

Well, my expectation is just purely based on technical analysis, i did not consider fundamentals.

But the USA is bombing Iran as we speak, fundamentals should not be ignored in a case like this.

Gold has also crossed $5,300/oz due to the conflict meaning investors are running to it so the logical thing should be the US Dollar should be weakening but we are seeing it growing strong. There has to be some reason for this weird happening.

Investors were in the middle of crude oil deals before US attacked Iran so they still need to buy dollars to pay for the crude oil. This is part of the reason why you see the dollar getting stronger this morning.

My trading experience this week.

This week , i prioritized patience and it showed in the number of trades I executed on my main account. I executed just two trades, one loss and one win. What stood out for me this week is my discipline to stick to my plan. I am so happy i could do that. Also, I only traded setups that met all my criteria.

My trading experience for this week

The week was a good trading week for me. I had a loss on Monday ( I don’t think i will be trading on Mondays again). That was the first loss for the week. I had also two losses afterwards. Today, I took my last trade and was a win and the win covered my loss and I still made profit.
