👉 Bear = push price DOWN 🐻📉

That's just the difference between them

Yes like the use of Volatility indicators like them Bollinger bands

BEARISH CANDLE: The Base currency is getting WEAKER 
Sellers pushed price down.

Whereas:

BULLISH CANDLE: The Base currency is getting STRONGER

Buyers pushed price up
