Because South Africa is 6 hours ahead on New York, when NFP is released in the morning in New York it equates to 2:30 PM in the afternoon in South Africa.

nfp is released on the first friday of every month by 8:30 AM American time so you must convert it to South African time which is 2:30 PM South African time.

When trading nfp I suggest you open a position at least 10 minutes before the release time because after that the spreads become really wide and margin requirements skyrocket. It is also a bad idea to use pending orders to trade nfp because your broker will not execute them in most cases, as prices will change too fast.

NFP is coming out tomorrow august 1st, in the afternoon 2:30pm. They U.S. authorities always try to release NFP on the first friday of every month. Tomorrow is going to be an especially volatile day for traders of any pair containing the US Dollar and Euro because apart from NFP, the European Union is also releasing their YoY inflation data in the afternoon before nfp release.
