Which Forex Broker in Nigeria Has The Best Customer Support Teams
I have been getting complaints from beginner forex traders in Nigeria about rude treatment from their forex brokers who don't seem to care about those with small account balance.
I personally experienced this with some brokers but I want to hear from the public too. Which forex brokers do you think have the best customer support teams to care for beginner forex traders?
From my experience with regulated forex brokers in Nigeria I would say the customer service of brokers like AvaTrade, FxPro & HF Markets is quite good.
HF Markets & AvaTrade assign Personal Account Managers to you, and they reach out to you whenever they sense you are having difficulties doing basic stuff like logging in, funding etc.
I will say HF Markets has the best localized customer support. I was able to attend their physical trading seminar in my state (they hold the seminars across all states in Nigeria) where i interacted with their staff and got first hand answers to my questions.
Hantec Markets and FxPro have the best support in my humble opinion. XM broker has the worst customer support too.
Tickmill is good because their live chat takes you straight to a human and not a bot. Trade Nation is also good
