Replied 10 months ago - Kwakol Markets is an unregulated broker, they claim to be regulated by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) but their license was ceased since 19-01-2024. anyone benefitted from tiger brokers promotion & bonuses? Replied 10 months ago - I got some rewards such as commission-free trading after I opened a Cash Boost Account (CBA). With the CBA you get a 20,000 SGD credit limit which you can use to buy US, HK & SG shares even without using your own money. However, you must pay in mthe money into your account or sell off the shares before the clearing settlement period expires. I was able to buy some shares and when I noticed the price had gone up, I sold them before the settlement period expired so I didnt use any of my money.

is tiger brokers fees high, what is the total? Replied 10 months ago - To buy United States shares at tiger brokers, I paid from 0.1 USD per share as tiger broker fees. To sell the U.S. shares I paid higher from 0.11 USD per share in tiger broker fees. To buy less than one fractional U.S. share I paid from 1.023 USD per share and to sell less than 1 fractional share I paid around 1.033 USD per share. A majority of the fees go to tiger brokers as commission and platform usage fees, while the remainder goes to the United States government.

Replied 11 months ago - Tiger brokers has 1:4 leverage so with 1 SGD you can open a trade worth 4 SGD but you need to open a margin account with them to do this. This margin account can be opened in SGD, USD or HKD account currency so you avoid paying fees for currency conversion.

what are the advantages of apex prop firm for Canadians? Replied 10 months ago - I tried some other prop firms before coming to apex and what I like about them is that there is no drawdown limit and once you achieve th profit target they specified for your plan, you automatically become funded on your first try (they call it one-step evaluation).

anyone notice FxPro leverage is now 1 : unlimited? Replied 11 months ago - Yes, I noticed the upgrade to unlimited leverage too. I have been trading with FxPro for one year now and although high leverage is risky, I still welcome the development because it gives users a choice especially professional traders who can manage high leverage risks. Note that trading accounts that had been opened earlier, are still going to be restricted to the old leverage so to access the unlimited leverage, you need to open a new trading account.

which prop firm is free? Replied 11 months ago - I don't know of any free prop firms because offering free services goes against the business model of prop firms, who make money from challenge/evaluation fees as well as copying your trades. However, prop firms like FTMO offer free trial accounts where you experiment with their services.

how do I delete my rcg markets account? Replied 11 months ago - You would have to send an email to rcg markets support stating why you want to close your trading account, state the trading account number of the account you want to close and the email address associated with that account. Please also note that if your account has trading history rcg markets will not be able to delete it.

Is TIO Markets Legit? Replied 11 months ago - TIO Markets is regulated in from Saint Vincent & The Grenadines (SVG) which is a remote island. Now that is not really the issue because many big brokers place traders under SVG regulation. The reason TIO Markets is a high risk broker is because it is relatively unknown to many and does not have business entities regulated in other parts of the world. Let me give you an example: HF Markets is a broker that places some of its traders under its SVG entity, but HF Markets is also regulated by the FCA UK, CMA Kenya & FSCA South Africa. TIO Markets on the other hand is only regulated by SVG ! See what I mean?

can you recommend low cost prop firms in South Africa? Replied 11 months ago - I am currently taking a challenge with goat funded trader and they have plans for as low as $17 with no time-limits. You can also check out maven trading prop firm too as they have cheap plans. Note that prop firms are unregulated so you trade at your own risk.

Replied 11 months ago - Goat funded trader is a prop firm with 1:30 leverage during the first challenge phase and up to 1:100 leverage during the second challenge phase. if you pass the challenge and become a funded trader you still get 1:100 leverage on your funded account.

is goat funded trader a legit prop firm? Replied 11 months ago - Yes goat funded trader is a legit prop firm complete with positive reviews on Trust Pilot. A friend of mine currently trades with them but you should keep in mind that goat funded trader is not regulated so when dealing with prop firms there is a high risk.
