Does Exness Have Bonus? Replied 8 months ago - I have never heard of Exness giving anyone a bonus, but my current broker EasyMarkets gives 50% bonus on deposits. I think the brokers XM, Markets.com & AvaTrade also give deposit

Does Admiral Markets Give No Deposit Bonus? Replied 8 months ago - They are not giving bonus at the moment but you can try other brokers like HFM, Headway, Space Markets. If you are thinking of trading with Admiral Markets you should know that they are a very pricy broker and they charge fees for every little thing. They even charge fees for internal transfers between your own trading accounts just because the accounts have different base currencies.

can you recommend a broker with R 50 minimum deposit? Replied 8 months ago - I think FBK Markets has an even lower minimum deposit of R20 for their Micro Account and Vault Markets also has a R50 minimum deposit but I warn you: most of these brokers with R50 minimum deposit just want to lure you in as you may not be able to trade until your account balance is more than R50. I have friends who have had a similar experience with FBK Markets and they could not place a trade until their account balance was higher than the R50 deposit. If you must go for a forex broker with R50 minimum deposit, I suggest you open a Micro Account so you will be allowed to at least trade micro lots.

Can you recommend synthetic indices brokers in South Africa? Replied 8 months ago - Recently I traded Synthetic Indices with the broker Trading.com (formerly known as XM) in Australia and they are ASIC regulated. Trading.com has synthetic induces like Artificial Intelligence Giants Index, Crypto10 Index, Electric Vehicles Index, NFT index etc. You can also checkout the ASIC regulated broker called Vantage Markets and although I have not traded ith them, I think they also offer the Volatility Index.

What is Trade245 minimum deposit in ZAR? Replied 9 months ago - Trade245 offers 7 different account types and the minimum deposit is 0 ZAR on all of them. This is suspicious because I see only older more established brands doing this but Trade245 was established just recently in 2020. Also when you visit Trade245 website, there is no live chat and no real means to reach them for inquiries. You will also notice the website has too little information which is one of the signs of a scam broker. My advice is you should tread with caution as this broker may not be trustworthy.

Is Vault Markets Regulated? Replied 9 months ago - From what I see on the Vault Markets website, they are representing another broker that is FSCA regulated. Personally I wouldn't trade with Vault Markets because of this, as they are so many other forex brokers in South Africa to select from who have direct FSCA regulation.

I don't know what's going on with JP Markets but why do people have to contest unclaimed funds? Well, tread with caution with this broker is all I would say.

How do Forex Brokers Make Money? Replied 9 months ago - Forex Brokers primarily make money from commissions, spreads, market making activities & swap fees etc. Refer to the attached screenshot revenue breakdown from a broker's website. 1. Spreads, Commissions & Swap Charges (Transaction Costs) This is how brokers make most of their money. For example, if the broker quotes EUR/USD at 1.0200 to buy and 1.0201 to sell, the difference is 1 pip. That difference is the broker’s income every time a trade is executed. If for example, let’s assume you’re trading 10 standard lots i.e. 1,000,000 units, the broker in this example trade would make 100 USD. Some brokers also charge a commission on top of the spreads. For example, 60 USD per 1 million units. It is very common with ECN or Raw spread type accounts. 2. Market Making (the broker can also lose money on this) A broker could also become the counterparty to your trade. This means, they may take the opposite side of your trade themselves. Let’s say you want to buy EUR/USD. Whatever price & order volume you buy at, you need someone to sell it to you. And the broker would be that counter party. If the broker's net exposure is large, they may choose to hedge their position to reduce net exposure & profit from spreads only. There are some More Profitable Instruments for brokers. For example, I don't know how people don't notice it, but brokers & scam affiliates actively encourage traders to trade Gold & NASDAQ CFDs. But if you check the cost per 1 million USD value traded for these CFD instruments, it is really high. Look at the second attachment. Notice how much money as a percentage of their total income these brokers are making from forex, compared to other CFDs. Forex is almost meaningless. Infact more than 50% forex/CFD brokerage income is from NAS100 & XAUUSD. So, next time you see a guru advising you to trade these instruments, think about their incentives in doing so.
