Trash customer support, on live chat it takes them nearly 20 minutes to respond to a query. The good thing about them is their trading platforms which are very diverse

The code doesnt come immediately so I have to wait for it for up to 5 minutes and then sometimes when i enter the code it refuses to let me in and sends a second code just a waste of time,

I opened an account with fxpro after reading the reviews i saw here, and i have not been disappointed. First thing i noticed was the trading platforms which are so user friendly then the customer support is also good especially on whatsapp. They contact you before you contact them once they notice you had an issue
I like fxpro for one thing- they are so organized....
I like fxpro for one thing- they are so organized. Their client area is so easy to navigate and everything is displayed and arranged properly. The best feature for me is the fxpro wallet which helps me manage my cash and save money which i am not using for trading so i dont get confused. I dont care if the spreads are a bit higher the user experience is more important to me.
