AUDUSD SELL SETUP πŸ“‰

AUDUSD is currently reacting from the 1H supply zone, but I'm not interested in entering prematurely.

I want price to first take out the marked internal low. Once that happens, I'll consider the bearish order flow confirmed and wait for a retracement into the lower supply to execute my sells.

Confirmation first. Entry second.

AUDUSD is setting up nicely.

Price has already reacted from the 1H supply, but the internal structure hasn't fully confirmed the sell yet.

My trigger is simple:

Internal low taken β†’ bearish BOS β†’ retracement into lower supply β†’ SELL.

The weak low below remains my draw on liquidity.

I don't want to sell AUDUSD simply because price touched supply.

The reaction is encouraging, but I need structure to confirm what the POI is suggesting.

If the internal low gets taken, I'll wait for price to retrace into the newly created lower supply before executing.

That's the setup I'm watching. πŸ“‰

AUDUSD TRADE PLAN 🧠

1H supply respected βœ…

Bearish reaction developing βœ…

Internal low still intact ⏳

The break of that internal low is what I'm waiting for.

Once it goes, I'll treat the lower supply created by the bearish displacement as my potential sell entry.

AUDUSD is another example of POI + confirmation, rather than blindly entering from a zone.

Yes, we're reacting from 1H supply.

But I still want the internal low taken before committing to the bearish move.

If that happens, I'll allow the retracement and look to sell from the lower supply.

Why am I not selling AUDUSD immediately?

Because reaction isn't confirmation.

Price reacting from my 1H supply tells me sellers are present. Taking the internal low would provide stronger evidence that those sellers are actually gaining control of the lower-timeframe structure.

After that, I'll look for the retracement.

My AUDUSD execution model is straightforward:

Supply β†’ reaction β†’ internal BOS β†’ retracement β†’ supply entry β†’ expansion toward weak low.

We're currently between the reaction and confirmation stages.

If price breaks the internal low, I'll start preparing for the retracement into my lower supply.

AUDUSD πŸ“‰

I'm expecting lower prices, but expectations alone don't get me into trades.

The internal low is my confirmation level.

If price displaces through it, I'll wait patiently for the market to retrace into the supply responsible for that displacement.

That's where I'll be interested in sells.

There are two important areas on my AUDUSD chart.

The upper 1H supply is providing the initial bearish reaction.

The lower supply becomes interesting to me only after price confirms the bearish narrative by taking the internal low.

I don't need to catch the top. I need confirmation and a clean entry.

AUDUSD ROADMAP πŸ—ΊοΈ

Current narrative:

1H supply reaction β†’ internal low taken β†’ bearish BOS β†’ retracement into lower supply β†’ sell continuation β†’ weak low targeted.

Until that internal low breaks, I'm watching rather than forcing an entry.

If structure confirms, I'll let price retrace into my POI and execute from there.

AUDUSD sell setup is forming.

Price has retraced back into the bearish supply area after the strong displacement lower.

I'm looking for continuation toward the weak low.

Entry: 0.70159

SL: 0.70297

TP: 0.69730

~1:3 R:R.

AUDUSD has already shown bearish intent with the break of structure.

Now price is retracing into the area where I want to engage the sells.

The main draw below is the weak low around 0.69730.

I don't want to chase the move. I want the retracement.

My AUDUSD sell thesis is simple:

Bearish structure β†’ retracement into supply β†’ continuation lower β†’ take the weak low.

I'm risking only the distance between 0.70159 and 0.70297.

If price invalidates the setup, I'm out.
