GBPAUD sell update — stopped out ❌

Price pushed straight through my level and into a demand zone that held. No excuses, the zone did what demand zones do — it defended.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167 Result: Loss

Not going to dress this one up. GBPAUD sell got stopped out.

Looking back, price respected a demand zone I either underweighted or missed on the lower timeframe. That's on my read, not the strategy.

Sold GBPAUD expecting continuation lower toward liquidity. Instead, price found a demand zone and reversed straight into my stop.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167

This is why SL isn't optional — the market told me my bias was wrong, and I let it prove that cheaply instead of fighting it

Every loss is data. This GBPAUD sell taught me the demand zone below my entry mattered more than I gave it credit for.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167

Next time I see a zone like that sitting below a sell entry, it's getting factored into my confidence, not ignored.

The setup was wrong, but the risk wasn't. Fixed size, defined SL, no revenge re-entry.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167 Result: Loss, but a controlled one

This is the entire point of position sizing — losses like this stay small enough that they don't threaten the account.

A loss isn't proof the process is broken. GBPAUD sell followed the plan from entry to exit — SL respected, no size violations, no emotional decisions.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167

The market just had a different idea. That's trading.

Going back to the chart on this GBPAUD sell — that demand zone below my entry had already shown reaction before. I should've weighted it as a higher-probability reversal area rather than just a pass-through level.

📍 Entry: 1.90998 🛑 SL: 1.91248 🎯 TP: 1.90167

Filing this one under lessons, not regrets.

Mixed bag across today's trades — EURUSD and EURGBP working in my favor, GBPAUD sell stopped out after price respected demand.

📍 GBPAUD — Entry: 1.90998 | SL: 1.91248 | TP: 1.90167 | Result: Loss

Same process across all three. Some setups play out, some don't. The edge is in the long run, not any single trade.

Result: loss. Risk: controlled. Lesson: respect demand zones sitting below sell entries, even when the broader trend says continuation.
