HOW TO TRADE INDICES

I don't trust the sells because price will obviously manipulate that your entry

JP225-Despite having that area as my Entry, I'm not executing until I see a clear bearish price pattern that signals price is ready to continue the sells. I'm not having pending order entry, I always prefer instant execution, cause I'm not bothered if price leaves me or not. I'm more concerned about following my trading principles.

If price breaks above that high, that will be a change of character, so i'm not sure of does your sells

JP225-The sells will hold. It will just keep playing around as it is. The sells will be invalidated if price breaks and close strongly above 64000, invalidating the bearish channel.

JP225- not triggered yet. Here's an update on the sell setup. I'm watching out for a BnR entry below the 62000-price level, if price does not push higher to the 63500-price level.

If price breaks to 63500 then that will give a confirmation for a bullish push from the double bottom level I marked because that will confirm the bullish reversal after that pullback to the midpoint of the double bottom, Moreover how is the trade now?

Limit orders doesn't mean , you can place a limit base on pullbacks after confirming a higher timeframe reaction, but I will say that the structure if price breaks above that high I marked, that will be a serious invalidation for that setup so just watch that high

JP225- Price is still ranging. Still observing it.

Looking at that structure provided, price has been on a bearish trend for a while, the first circle I mark is actually a swing level that started the bullish trend before the sells came in, price is trading below it that is an important low taken, price has made a break of structure which i marked with a second circle, and now formed a double bottom, that signifies a trend change coming if you want to sell better wait for that double bottom to be taken out but watch those highs, if price breaks above that intermediate high that made that structure a double bottom just buy from there to the upper price level of that bearish move

JP225- Still watching out for the sell. will be executing instantly once its clearly confirmed. For now, the setup is not due for sell yet.

Talking about the sells I think you should consider those levels i just marked, because what am seeing is of high buying probability than sells

I see what you mean though

JP225- The sell was invalidated. will just sit on my hands cause i don't trust the buys either.

Once price breaks that high it will considered a CHOCH and the bullish retracement

JP225- Despite breaking above the Last LTF High that created the MRL, and also breaking above the key support resistance, price is still confined to an intraday bearish channel.
This is given mixed signals, and the technicals are not all aligning in one direction.
Cases like this, I sit on my hands.

You shared a 15min chart on this index yesterday and I told you to focus on the buys that would have been better if you did, to sell from the 4hrs upper level of that channel just wait for price to fake out and break below the lower level of the channel then you take it as a continuation

It's not mixed signals, it's still bearish

Well, I'll still sit on my hands. Price can buy from the support, replicating the volume pattern. But because it will be under the bearish channel, that's why it's giving me mixed signals. If it was outside the channel would have joined the buys.

I'm not taking the sells. But price has created a LTF channel. Any sells will be below the 63368-price level, where the support will become resistance again.

If sure about the sells just take it after all you have your invalidation and validation reasons just risk what you can afford to lose
