I would have preferred a continuation of the trend

The trend direction is bullish on the Higher timeframe, and it is currently reacting at a confluence zone which is between a trend support and a Flat support at the 88.65 price level, that's why I'm positioned for buys on the Lower timeframe.

CADJPY Trade Setup
Trade Type: Long
Entry: 112.037
SL: 1100.90

Trade Idea: Just like other JPYs yesterday, CADJPY also returned for a retest of the resistance level it broke out from within the week for a rebound of the level as support.
I waited for confirmation and executed after I spotted a 4hr engulf this morning.

It's buying this morning you can hold if you have been triggered

Yeah.
I added a second position on AUDJPY after a spotted a 4hr bullish reversal candlestick form at the zone on 4hrs known as Tweezer bottoms. The act as twins because the body sizes are equal and sometimes the wicks are also equal. But in this case, it's just their bodies that are equal.
I executed after the closure.
Entry: 110.197
SL: 109.180
Also, the Daily candle is bullish.

The 4H tweezer bottom adds bullish confluence at the support region. watch for a break above the recent swing high to confirm buyers are gaining control, while keeping the 109.108 stop-loss as the defined invalidation level.

NZDJPY Trade Setup
Trade Type: Long
Entry: 89.211
SL:
88.62
Trade Idea: Price did a break and retest of the Support level at 89.05 price level.
When I spotted the bullish Pinbar on 1hr at the zone, I executed instantly.
I'm expecting a replication of the price pattern on the left from that support level.

NZDJPY- Trade Update
I'm still holding my trade on this pair.
Entry: 89.211
SL: 88.62
This morning, price formed a bearish doji on 4hrs which was followed by a bullish 4hr closure. This shows that price is still having more intentions to continue to the Upside.

I added a position after I spotted the bullish closure above the 4hr Doji that formed.
A Doji represents an indecision at a zone and the next candle that often follows usually shows the conclusion of that decision.
If a bearish candle was formed after the Doji, that would have shown price intentions to continue downwards and would have made me to review the trades. Since it was a bullish candle that followed, I added a position instead.

That's right.
It's an added bullish confluence but price is still stalling at the zone which demands I keep close watch incase of any switch and need to cut losses early even before reaching my invalidation level at 109.108 price level.
But I'm optimistic that price will replicate the left volume pattern before any strong bearish drive to the downside will kick-in.

I think all the jpy pairs are actually reversing back to bullish it can only signal that jpy presently is generally weak

Yeah. I suppose so.
I'm bullish on all of them except USDJPY and CHFJPY because of DXY and CHF.
They've been acting differently from other JPYs including EURJPY but I still keeping an eye on them.
I'm waiting for USDJPY at the 155.23 key support level. I'm expecting it to descend down to the level then I wait for confirmation before I can execute long position on 1hr.
