Yeah. I'll be expecting DXY to resume buys next week, except it breaks below 100,350-100,000 major support region.

You will have to wait for fundamental datas to give you confirmation, if not the dxy remains that way, Fed policy is still pointing to a data dependent period so apart from this backup datas investors can't do otherwise, go into AUDUSD buys

You can't enter on the daily timeframe. What's your 1h or 15mins timeframe saying

I'm not entering on the Daily. this is a low probability entry, but will still work, since the trend is strongly bullish.

As long as dollar stays down on low data performance UJ equally stays down

Despite DXY's downside, USDJPY, continued it's rally this week, as expected.

USDJPY : TRADE PROJECTION

Timeframe: Weekly

Trend: Bullish

Technical outlook: With the further weakening of the JPYX index this week back to previous week's low @672.1 , USDJPY has significantly rallied in response maintaining a strong bullish trend amidst DXY retracements this week.

The Dollar-Yen has gained +0.69% so far this week against the -0.23% decrease it dropped last week. the recovery rate is high, showing high chances to still continue it's rally above last week's high at 162.840 before the week is over.

That divergence is worth watching. If JPYX continues making new lows while DXY retraces, it suggests JPY weakness is the dominant driver. I'd stay bullish on USDJPY until JPYX starts recovering or USDJPY loses its higher-high, higher-low structure.

Fundamentally USD is stronger than jpy

Despite the data, fundamentals surrounding Yen currently has more impact on USDJPY than that of DXY.

Yes, having fundamentals correlate with technicals will be good, but I don't have to wait for fundamentals to back up my bias all the time. They always align whether i check it or not.
