Market Analysis

US30 has already shown multiple bearish structural shifts on the higher intraday picture. The latest rally doesn’t automatically make me bullish—it looks like a retracement into an area where sellers could re-enter.

I’m positioned for continuation lower, with 52,661.5 as my target.

US30 SELL 📉

Entry: 53,195.8

Stop Loss: 53,290.8

Take Profit: 52,661.5

That gives roughly 95 points of risk for approximately 534 points of potential reward, or about 1:5.6 R:R.

Now I need to avoid interfering with a trade simply because every candle doesn't move immediately in my direction.

US30 gave a strong bullish retracement into my sell zone, and this is exactly where patience becomes important.

The move upward looked aggressive, but context matters. My broader bias remains bearish, and price has simply returned to an area where I was interested in doing business.

Let’s see if sellers can take control again.

One of my biggest focuses lately has been separating analysis from execution.

Before US30 reached this area, I already knew:

Sell zone → around 53,195

Invalidation → 53,290.8

Target → weak low at 52,661.5

Price reached the area, the setup triggered, and I executed. Whatever happens next is information—not a reason to panic.

US30 is currently trading below my entry. 👀

The initial reaction from the POI is encouraging, but there’s still plenty of distance before my target. I’m not calling the trade won because of the first reaction.

The real objective remains the liquidity resting around the 52,661.5 weak low.

US30 sell officially running. ⏳📉

After the recent losing streak, the temptation would be to look at this trade as an opportunity to recover previous losses. I don’t want to approach it that way.

This is simply another setup in the series.

Entry: 53,195.8

SL: 53,290.8

TP: 52,661.5

If the analysis plays out, great. If the stop is hit, the risk was defined beforehand. The priority remains consistent execution rather than forcing recovery.

USDCAD has finally reached the demand zone I’ve been watching. 👀

The reaction point is here, but a touch of demand alone isn’t enough for me to buy.

I want price to develop a clear bullish narrative first—liquidity sweep, bullish displacement and a structural shift would make the setup much cleaner.

For now, I’m watching. No need to force the entry.

USDCAD BUY WATCH 📈

Price has finally tapped into my higher-timeframe demand zone around the 1.3830–1.3840 area.

My overall expectation is still bullish, especially with that weak high around 1.3940 sitting above price.

But before entering, I want confirmation that buyers are actually stepping in.

Demand gives me the location. Structure gives me the entry.

USDCAD has reached the area I wanted, but I’m not buying simply because price touched demand.

I want to see price tell me the story first.

A sweep of short-term liquidity followed by bullish displacement and a BOS/CHOCH would strengthen my conviction.

Location + confirmation > blind entries.

There’s still a weak high above USDCAD around 1.3940, which could become the next draw on liquidity if buyers regain control.

Price is currently sitting inside demand after a very aggressive bearish move.

Now I’m looking for the market to transition from bearish delivery back into bullish order flow before considering longs.

The demand zone has been tapped exactly as anticipated, but that doesn’t automatically make it a buy.

Price entered the zone with strong bearish momentum, so I’d rather wait for evidence that the selling pressure has been absorbed.

If bullish structure develops from here, then I’ll start looking seriously at longs.

This is where patience becomes part of the setup.

I already have:

Bias: Bullish

POI: Demand zone

Liquidity target: Weak high around 1.3940

The missing piece is confirmation.

Until I see a bullish narrative develop on the lower timeframe, my capital stays protected.

USDCAD potential reversal setup 📊

Price has retraced deeply into the demand zone after taking internal liquidity.

What I want next:

Liquidity sweep → bullish displacement → structural shift → retracement into a fresh POI → execution.

If the market gives me that sequence, I’ll have a much stronger reason to take the buy.

One mistake traders make is confusing a POI with an entry signal.

USDCAD reaching my demand zone only tells me:

"Pay attention here."

It doesn’t tell me:

"Buy immediately."

I still need price action to confirm that buyers are taking control before I put risk behind the idea.

The market has delivered price into the demand zone, while the weak high above remains an attractive upside liquidity target.

I’m not in yet.

I want to see bullish order flow emerge from this area before committing to the trade.

Sometimes the best trade decision is simply waiting for more information.

USDCAD BUY IDEA

Price has finally tapped the demand zone I was waiting for.

My potential upside objective is the weak high around 1.3940, but I won’t front-run the reversal.

I want the market to prove the bullish thesis first.

If I get a liquidity sweep + bullish displacement + BOS/CHOCH from demand, I’ll look for an entry on the retracement.

The POI gets my attention. The confirmation gets my money
