Market Analysis

The strong low below is another important part of my EURGBP analysis.

As long as the broader bullish structure remains protected, I'm interested in continuation toward the liquidity resting above.

I'm not trying to predict every candle during this retracement.

I'm simply waiting for price + location + structure to align.

One thing trading has taught me: a good bias with a bad entry can still become a bad trade.

EURGBP is bullish according to my analysis, but that doesn't mean I'm buying at the current market price.

My planned entry remains 0.85733.

If price doesn't retrace there, I don't chase it.

BUY EURGBP πŸ“ˆ

Entry: 0.85733

SL: 0.85676

TP: 0.86080

R:R: ~1:6.1

The weak high gives me the draw on liquidity, the bullish structure gives me the bias, and the POI gives me the location.

Now the market decides whether I get the opportunity.

EURCHF BUY SETUP πŸ“ˆ

I’m looking at a potential long on EURCHF.

After the previous bearish move, price has started showing bullish intent on the lower timeframe and has now delivered a BOS to the upside.

My plan:

Entry: 0.93969

SL: 0.93903

TP: 0.94354

I’m looking for continuation toward the strong high above.

EURCHF is starting to shift.

Price has been recovering from the recent lows, forming bullish structure before finally breaking above the short-term high.

That BOS gives me confirmation that buyers are gaining control.

Now I’m interested in buying from the POI rather than chasing the expansion.

EURCHF has just broken short-term structure to the upside.

That matters because I don't want to buy simply because price looks cheap.

I want evidence that order flow is actually changing.

The bullish BOS gives me that evidence. Now the next question is whether price can respect the POI and continue higher.

BIAS β†’ LIQUIDITY β†’ POI

That's what I'm applying to EURCHF.

Bias: Bullish πŸ“ˆ

Target: 0.94354

POI/Entry: 0.93969

Invalidation: 0.93903

Once those levels are defined, I don't need to react emotionally to every candle.

Let price deliver.

EURCHF is interesting because I'm not trying to catch the absolute bottom.

Price already bounced from the lows.

I waited.

Price formed bullish structure.

I waited.

Now we've gotten a short-term BOS.

That's the difference between trying to predict the reversal and waiting for the market to provide evidence first.

My target on EURCHF sits around the 0.94354 strong high marked on the chart.

There's still a considerable distance between the current structure and that level, giving this setup attractive upside if bullish momentum continues.

But first, price needs to hold my invalidation.

0.93903 is the line in the sand.

This EURCHF setup offers something I always want to see: asymmetric risk.

I'm risking roughly 6.6 pips for the possibility of capturing around 38.5 pips.

That's approximately 1:5.8 R:R.

I don't need every setup to win when the winners have the potential to significantly outweigh the losers.

EURCHF is another setup where I'm allowing structure to lead the trade.

The market sold off aggressively, but I'm not permanently married to a bearish bias.

When the information changes, my bias can change too.

With the recent bullish BOS, I'm now looking for continuation higher.

EURGBP SELL β€” TRADE IS LIVE πŸ“‰

I've decided to take the EURGBP sell.

Price has retraced back into my POI near the upper end of the current range, and I'm looking for bearish continuation from here.

The objective is simple: follow the liquidity toward the weak low and potentially into the demand zone below.

Let's see how price develops.

WHY I'M SELLING EURGBP

My reasoning comes down to three things:

Bias β†’ Bearish short-term structure

Liquidity β†’ Weak low below

POI β†’ Supply/premium area above

Price has returned into the area where I'm interested in selling, so the trade is now active.

No need to predict every candle. The setup either plays out or gets invalidated.

EURGBP β€” LIQUIDITY IS THE TARGET 🎯

The weak low around 0.8582 is important.

That's the first obvious pool of sell-side liquidity below current price.

If sellers regain control from this POI, I expect that low to come under pressure.

After that, I'll watch whether price continues toward the deeper demand zone.

EURGBP β€” STRONG HIGH VS WEAK LOW

This is one of the main reasons I like the setup.

The high around 0.8598 is currently marked as a strong high, while the low around 0.8582 remains weak.

That gives me a clear liquidity narrative:

Protect the strong high β†’ attack the weak low.

Now I need price to confirm that idea

I'm essentially selling from premium and targeting discount.

Price has retraced back toward the upper half of the range and into my marked POI.

Rather than chasing the earlier bearish move, I waited for price to come back to an area where the risk-to-reward makes more sense.

Trade is live. Now comes the boring part: patience.

Every setup needs a point where the idea is simply wrong.

For this EURGBP sell, I don't want to see price establish itself above the strong high around 0.8598.

If that happens, the bearish narrative I'm trading begins to lose validity.

Until then, I'm allowing the setup room to develop.
