That's true. Some traders skip the demo account because they want quick results, but it often ends up costing them more in the live market. A demo account is where you build consistency, test your strategy, and develop discipline without risking capital. The psychology is different with real money, but having a proven process from demo trading makes that transition much smoother. Example is the gold trade I am currently on, when I was still trading a demo account I have been testing liquidity sweep and reverse and breakout, then after knowing the reward, the win rate , I funded a live account and I have been taking trades base on this proven process since then, so demo to a good level is good, it helps you test a strategy for long time but you will only know the win rate and minimum reward base on journaling, the marked level is the liquidity level, that was swept and price breaks above the immediate highs in that timeframe and continue the trend direction , hope my explanation helps
