Xauusd trade

@godspowerdan - 6 days ago

My XAUUSD sells were manipulated, but after reviewing the 4H and 1H timeframes, I have a better understanding of what happened.

Price rallied and took out the last bullish range, then retraced to take more liquidity before showing signs of continuing lower.

I'm now watching the key level around 4,192.79 for a potential selling opportunity.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

I'm waiting for price to reach my POI and looking for bearish confirmation before entering. This time, patience comes first.

Gold caught me on the wrong side previously, so I went back to the charts to understand the price action.

The sell rally took out the last bullish range, but price wasn't done taking liquidity. That retracement explains why my previous sells didn't work out.

My focus is now on the 4H key level.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

I'm looking for a reaction at the POI before joining the sellers. No more rushing into the move.

My XAUUSD bias is still focused on sells.

After the bearish move took out the last bullish range, price retraced and continued collecting liquidity. I believe the next opportunity could come from the key level marked on my 4H chart.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

The plan is to let price return to my POI and wait for confirmation on the lower timeframe.

I don't need to catch every move. I need to execute the right setup.

Yesterday's Gold trade reminded me that having a bearish bias isn't enough. Timing and liquidity matter just as much.

Price took out the last bullish range, but the retracement showed that more liquidity still needed to be collected. My entry came before the move was ready.

Now I'm watching the 4H key level for another potential sell.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

I'll wait for price to reach the zone and show bearish intent before executing.

Every loss should teach me something about my process.

Gold has been moving aggressively, and I'm not interested in chasing price.

The bearish move took out the last bullish range, but price retraced to collect additional liquidity. From the 4H perspective, I'm watching the key level around 4,192.79 for a potential continuation of the sells.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

My objective is the external low at 4,067.45.

I'll wait for a bearish reaction before committing to the trade. The level is important, but confirmation is what I want to see.

I reviewed my XAUUSD analysis and identified why my previous sells were unsuccessful.

Price had taken out the last bullish range, but the retracement wasn't finished. More liquidity was taken before price could potentially continue lower.

I'm now interested in the 4H key level.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

I'll look for lower-timeframe confirmation at the POI rather than entering simply because price reaches the level.

My focus is on better execution and disciplined risk management.

My XAUUSD analysis is teaching me another lesson about liquidity.

The bearish rally took out the last bullish range, but price retraced to collect more liquidity. That movement caught my previous sells before I could get the continuation I expected.

I'm adjusting my approach and waiting for the 4H key level.

Entry: 4,192.79

If price reaches my POI and confirms a bearish shift, I'll consider joining the move toward the external lows.

Until then, patience.

I'm not abandoning my XAUUSD sell idea just because my previous trade didn't work out.

After analyzing the 4H and 1H charts, I can see how the retracement took additional liquidity following the move that cleared the last bullish range.

My next area of interest is 4,192.79.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

I'll wait for price to reach the key level and look for rejection or a bearish structure shift before entering.

A better entry starts with a better understanding of price.

XAUUSD remains on my watchlist for another sell opportunity.

The move that took out the last bullish range was followed by a retracement that collected more liquidity. Now I'm watching the 4H key level to see whether sellers will step in again.

Entry: 4,192.79

SL: 4,200.60

TP: 4,067.45

My target is the external low, but I'm not assuming price will get there without confirmation.

I'll let the market show its hand before executing.

After my previous Gold sells were caught by the retracement, I returned to the higher timeframes to reassess the setup.

Just follow your plan properly and manage your risk well

Price missed my entry by few pips. I will follow up the orderflow to look for a re-entry

I forgot to delete the order on the second account, as it got triggered, I closed immediately so I can find a perfect re-entry

Gold is reacting at a key level, and I want to see a clear rejection before joining the sells. I'm not interested in selling blindly. I want price to reject the level and start protecting the highs, confirming that sellers are taking control.

Patience first, execution second.

Gold is approaching my sell POI, but I'm waiting for confirmation before executing.

My plan is simple: let price tap the key level, show rejection, and start protecting the highs. Once the bearish order flow becomes clear, I'll look for an opportunity to join the move toward the downside.

No confirmation, no trade.

I'm watching Gold closely as price approaches the key level around 4,192.79. I want to see buyers lose momentum and sellers begin protecting the highs before taking any sell position.

My target is the demand area below, but I'll let price action confirm the setup first.

The goal is to follow the order flow, not predict it.

Gold has reached an important level on my chart. Now, the reaction is what matters.

I'm looking for a rejection followed by bearish price action and protected highs. If sellers establish control, I'll look for an entry targeting the lower levels.

I would rather miss a trade than force an entry without confirmation.
