As of 2026, FXTM in Nigeria has reduced their minimum deposit to N7,000 (seven thousand naira only). I just opened an account with them so I am sure of this.

Small or short looking candles are a sign of low volatility most times it is when the market is expecting a news release that you see short candles forming everywhere. For me i would not trade when I see short candles all over the place, but I agree with you- trading a bigger lot size will mean even with the short candles you can still make good money as price moves.

Nothing hurts more than exiting with 5 pip profit, only for the price to fall another 20 to 30 pips after you exit. That pain is worse than losing, I try to avoid it by letting my winners run till i see good evidence that the price is reversing.

I always place my stop loss very far away and if by some miracle the price manages to reach it and trigger it then I wount trade again.
