Tickmill rebrands with a new logo, but has anything really changed?
Replied 2 months ago -
Their customer support is still poor; you chat them on live chat and don't get a response.

His hedge fund, Tudor Capital; manages assets worth upwards of $4 billion. His trading strategy today is a secret they do not really divulge details. But if you check his hedge fund's website you will see the assets they invest in.

whats the best risk to reward ratio in forex?
Replied 2 months ago -
I don't think there is a best RR, it depends on the price action you are facing on the charts. Some trades just require you placing a wide SL and smaller TP and that's just the way it could be. It is left to you to take the trade or leave it.

Is Deriv Legally FSCA Regulated in South Africa?
Replied 2 months ago -
Not a recommendation but AvaTrade is good for fixed spread and I use them. I also use Trade Nation for trading currency pairs because their spread is low.

what is pivot point in trading
Replied 2 months ago -
To add to what @Arthur said, Pivot Points are effective in trading, but they do not work all the time, they only serve as guides. Sometimes price does not respect the pivot point. It is better to mark out your pivot points every day just in case.

what is top down analysis in trading?
Replied 2 months ago -
When I switch to the lower 5-minute time frame, you will notice that the previous month low is acting as resistance to price, causing a downward movement after retest. This is a classic example of how top-down analysis can be applied to trading.

as a trader don't hesitate to pull the trigger
Replied 2 months ago -
I would say always wait for confirmation of a candlestick pattern before entering. I don't enter immediately i see a candlestick pattern, I place a pending order 2 0r 3 pips above the pattern and wait for price to go to the pending order and trigger it. By doing this, I avoid fake outs.

Is Robinhood an investment or trading platform in the UK?
Replied 2 months ago -
Robinhood is for investing and trading, but you cannot trade forex with them. Their product catalogue is very limited; you can only trade equities and options. Their customer service is a joke so beware.
