I am taking it to mean your entry and exit criteria should be less rigorous and not designed for comfort

when should i exit a losing position to cut my losses early?
Replied 3 weeks ago -
I exit a losing position when it has gotten to my invalidation zone. Based on my strategy, I have invalidation zones where I place my stoploss. The moment price gets to those zones, technically I know the setup won’t play out.

if i get stopped out of a trade, should i jump in again?
Replied 3 weeks ago -
For me I think it depends on the circumstances. I can jump back into a trade after my SL is hit but I will trade in the opposite direction and not in the same direction. The logic behind this is when I take a trade and I see that I was wrong I dont jump out prematurely I wait for SL to be hit after which I trade the opposite direction of strength. If I bought then I notice the market is trending downward, I will just wait for my SL to be hit then reverse direction.

what is stop out level & why does it matter in trading
Replied 3 weeks ago -
But to be fair to the broker 0% stop out level is not bad but it should be made an option instead of mandatory. A low stop out level gives your trade enough time to recover from a loss.

why you should have a daily loss limit in forex
Replied 3 weeks ago -
Daily loss limit also protects you from emotional trading.
After losing money, most traders fall into:
Revenge trading
Over-trading
Increasing lot sizes
Chasing the market
A daily loss limit forces you to stop before emotions take over.

Never Risk More Than 2% of your Account Balance On A Trade

The 2% is even high for me. I will advise they do 1% as beginners. The beginner stage is not necessarily a stage to make money but to comprehend the their edge and also master their emotions.

do you use take profit or do you exit trades manually?
Replied 3 weeks ago -
I USE BOTH. THE SETUP OR MARKET REACTION WILL DETERMINE THE ONE TO USE AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

after nfp, how long before spreads return to normal?
Replied 3 weeks ago -
Factors That Affect Spread Normalization
Broker type – ECN/STP brokers usually normalize faster than market makers.
Pair liquidity – Major pairs stabilize quicker than crosses or exotics.
Market conditions – If NFP triggers follow-up news or extreme reactions, spreads may stay wide longer.
Time of day – US session liquidity can help spreads normalize faster during overlap with London session.
