GBPCAD-On Tuesday, price continued the rally started on Monday and pushed to the Resistance zone at 1.8900-1.8920. This Zone acts as a confluence point between the Supply zone, Trendline resistance touch and a Key reaction Level; thus price couldn't break through but retreated from the confluence point, closing nearly below Monday's high.

GBPCAD- Intraday Setup
Bias: Bearish
Technical Outlook: Bearish Descending Channel
Idea/Approach: A break below the intraday support level at the 1.8844 price level will flip the zone to a resistance, giving entries for sell continuations, within the 4hr bullish channel.

GBPCAD- Daily Update
Bias: Bearish

Technical Outlook: Bearish Descending Channel

Intraday Analysis: On the daily, price has been struggling to trade and close above 1.8770 price level which acts as a key resistance level and a strong supply level. The week has been seeing multiple rejections at the price level signifying possible weakness of buyers and strong opposition from sellers at the region.

GBPCAD- I'm watching out to see if price will drop for a break below 1.8717 to fully confirm it wants to continue down for sells.

GBPCAD- On 4hr, price is confined within a bullish channel which is one of the reasons the sells are proving difficult from the Supply zone.
Invalidation of this zone will confirm that sellers have finally overpowered buyers. But at the moment it shows buyers are still actively present and ready to keep driving price upwards.

Intraday Analysis: today, price started with buys, rallying back to 1.8750 price level after breaking out of the intraday bullish channel yesterday and selling aggressively.
On the current 4hr, price continued the sells after making the retest of the trend support as a resistance and continued the drop.

GBPCAD- Trade Setup
Trade Type: Short
Execution: Pending order on confirmation
Entry: 1.8718
SL-1.8763
TP-1.8602

Comment: I'll be waiting for a full break below 1.8717 price level before executing the sells. This rising wedge pattern that formed on 1hr is a bearish reversal pattern that shows trend reversal from bullish to bearish.

The pattern looks convincing for a sell but still be cautious

Yeah. I'm extremely cautious with this one. I've been studying its behaviour. the sells was because of GBP weakness. USDCAD has been heavily bullish because of DXY and if GBP gains strength, GBPCAD will buy like USDCAD.

GBPCAD- The sells kicked in earlier than I expected. The best entry was at 1.8760 price level, with SL above 1.8800 and TP at 1.8607 just like I took yesterday.
Would have re-entered today but my focus was on other pairs today.
I'll be watching out for correction buys back to 1.8717 to join the sell continuation from that zone tomorrow.
