I'm watching EURUSD for a sell from 1.16651.

Why this level?

Because I'm looking for price to retrace into the bearish POI before continuing lower.

I don't want to sell after the move has already happened.

I want the market to give me a better entry with defined risk.

EURUSD SELL LIMIT ๐ŸŸฅ

Entry: 1.16651

Stop Loss: 1.16712

Take Profit: 1.16063

Risk: 1%

RR: ~9.64R (Optional though)

The risk is small relative to the potential return.

But the RR doesn't mean the trade is guaranteed.

The setup still has to play out.

The beauty of having a plan is that I don't need to react to every candle.

EURUSD can rally.

EURUSD can drop.

EURUSD can consolidate.

My job is simply to know what I'm looking for.

For this setup:

Above 1.16712 = invalidation.

Around 1.16651 = entry.

1.16063 = target.

Everything else is noise.

EURUSD has already shown bearish intent.

Now I'm waiting for price to retrace into the area where I want to participate.

This is why I prefer limit entries when the setup allows it.

I don't need to chase momentum.

Let price come to me.

A bearish market doesn't mean I should sell anywhere.

Location matters.

EURUSD has displaced lower and is now retracing toward the area I'm interested in.

If price reaches 1.16651, I'll have my defined risk.

If it doesn't?

No trade.

Simple.

My EURUSD thesis:

โ†’ Bearish structure

โ†’ Downside displacement

โ†’ Retracement into POI

โ†’ Short from 1.16651

โ†’ Target 1.16063

Entry: 1.16651

SL: 1.16712

TP: 1.16063

Approximately 9.64R if the full target is reached.

Now we wait.

I'm not trying to predict every move EURUSD makes.

I'm waiting for a specific sequence to complete.

Price needs to retrace into my sell area.

If it gets there, I have a trade.

If it doesn't, I move on.

There is no need to force a setup just because I have a bias.

The bearish narrative remains intact for me.

I'm waiting for the retracement into my POI before looking for continuation toward the downside target.

USDCAD is showing a strong bullish narrative.

Price has recovered aggressively from the lows and continues to print higher highs and higher lows.

I'm not chasing the move.

I'm waiting for the retracement into my POI.

Buy Limit: 1.38296

SL: 1.38212

USDCAD has shifted bullish.

After the strong displacement higher, price started building a series of higher lows.

Now I'm looking for a pullback into the previous area of interest before targeting the next upside liquidity.

The plan is simple:

Retracement โ†’ Entry โ†’ Continuation.

One thing I won't do:

Buy after a large bullish move just because price looks strong.

Strong price action doesn't mean I should enter at any price.

USDCAD is bullish, but I'm waiting for the retracement.

If price comes to 1.38296, I'll execute.

If it doesn't, I let the trade go.

The USDCAD narrative has changed significantly.

Price sold off heavily earlier, found a low, and then aggressively displaced higher.

Since then, we're seeing bullish structure develop.

Higher highs.

Higher lows.

Now I'm looking for the next higher low.

I'm targeting 1.38672 on USDCAD.

But I'm not assuming price will get there.

First, I need my entry at 1.38296.

Then price needs to respect my bullish thesis.

If 1.38212 breaks, the idea is invalidated.

Trading is about managing probabilities, not guaranteeing outcomes.

The market has already made the move.

My job now isn't to chase it.

My job is to wait for the pullback.
