The first break of Structure (BOS)

Price breaks a key low (BOS)

Inducement is when price makes a small move to grab retail liquidity before the real move.

So a small rally/IDM that breaks a minor high looks like a reversal to retail.

But smart money uses it as a trap to collect buy-side liquidity, then causes a real BOS in the opposite direction.

Retail buys the inducement, then gets swept when true BOS happens.

Then a second BOS confirms it and as takeout, then it’s bearish

Yes coach. First BOS breaks structure. Second BOS takes out liquidity and confirms smart money is selling. Bearish confirmed.

This shows a shift in the direction that smart Money is now selling, so watch for pullback to Order Block or inducement zone

Understood. BOS shows smart money is selling. I’ll wait for a pullback to the Order Block or inducement zone for my sell entry.

Now to Inducement and Second( BOS)

Retail traders think it’s a reversal but smart money uses a small rally (IDM) to trap then

Got it coach. Inducement sweeps buy-side liquidity and tricks retail into buying.

Then second BOS takes out that liquidity and confirms sellers are in control.

So we fade the IDM, and trade the BOS.

Smart MoneyConcept is trading like institutions.

No chasing Price

Just wait for liquidity,

Break of Structure

Order Block to give sniper entries

Exactly. SMC = trade like institutions.

No chasing. We wait for liquidity to be taken, BOS to confirm direction, then hit the Order Block for a sniper entry.

This is a photo of different kinds of hammer candlestick

Yes. Hammer sweeps sell-side liquidity then rejects = smart money buying.

Inverted Hammer sweeps buy-side liquidity then rejects = smart money selling.

We don’t trade the candle, we trade the BOS after it.

This is a photo of different kinds of hammer candlestick

Hammer = bullish rejection at lows. Shows buyers defended and liquidity was taken below.

Inverted Hammer = rejection at highs/lows. Shows sellers defended.

Both need BOS confirmation before entry right coach?

Now to Inducement and Second( BOS)

Retail traders think it’s a reversal but smart money uses a small rally (IDM) to trap then

Exactly. Inducement = the fakeout.

Retail sees the small rally and thinks reversal so they buy.

Smart money uses that IDM to sweep liquidity, then the second BOS confirms the real move down.

Inducement tricks retail into buying.

Then second BOS sweeps liquidity and confirms smart money is selling.

So we fade the IDM and sell the BOS + OB pullback.

Then a second BOS confirms it and as takeout, then it’s bearish

Exactly. First BOS = warning.

Second BOS takes out the IDM highs = takeout.

That confirms sellers are in control, so the move is bearish.

So now, back to SMC, Smart Money Concept

Let’s not forget that

Yes coach, back to SMC.

Trade like institutions.

No chasing. Wait for liquidity, BOS, then OB for sniper entries.

I won’t forget.

Exactly. The shift is bearish now because smart money is selling.

So we don’t chase. We wait for pullback to OB or inducement zone, then look for shorts.

Exactly. First BOS shows a warning.

Second BOS is the takeout that confirms it.

Once liquidity above is swept, the direction is bearish and we sell."

Now to Inducement and Second( BOS)

Retail traders think it’s a reversal but smart money uses a small rally (IDM) to trap then

Yes coach. The small rally is Inducement. It takes buy-side liquidity and tricks retail long.

Then second BOS takes it out and shows institutions are selling.

So we fade the IDM and trade the BOS.

Exactly. Second BOS confirmed smart money is selling.

Now we wait for price to come back to Order Block or Inducement to get in with them."
