US30 trading strategy
Step 1: Switch to a US30 H1 Timeframe and Insert Period Separators
On the US30 chart, switch to the 1 hour timeframe then insert period separators so that every period indicates one day.

Step 2: Mark the highest & lowest prices attained for each session
Next, I use a yellow rectangle to mark the highest price reached during the Asian session which started at 1:00 am and ended around 5:00 am.
I also use a blue rectangle to mark the highest and lowest price reached during the London session which started around 7:00 am and ended around 5:00 pm.
I didn't mark the New York session because that is the session i want to trade hypothetically

Step 3: Switch to 15M timeframe and wait for breakout
I wait for price to breach the lowest price reached during London session then trade the breakout after the first 15 minute candle forms.
The same thing would have applied if the price breached the highest price reached during the LON session then I would have bought instead of sell.
Let me add, on US30, each session either fades or follows the previous sessions.
The pre-open 1H is really important at the start of the session. You will notice that they will try to push it to the nearest levels to break it to fade it on the opening.
See the example of NY open today & the pre 1H. Use 5M as the entry trigger for small SLs, because if you are wrong, then you are mostly likely against the trend of the session.

Good morning @Arthur, I am trying your strategy out, I have marked the Asian session with a blue rectangle so now we just entered the London session. Let me see if a breakout will happen in either direction.

I am beginning to see a breakout upward. Actually i am testing out this US30 strategy on EUR/USD too to see if it also works there.
