They are an average broker and the only thing I like about them is the high leverage

Their MT4 & MT5 is a joke, always freezing and sometimes the tool box disappears so you cannot monitor an open trade.

They should improve on order management, sometimes they do not execute pending orders due to slippage. Sometimes you delete an order and it is still there.

Tight spread on EUR/USD but you need to have a well-funded account because they reduce their leverage when news is out. Their withdrawals are also very fast, and they support many funding methods. They definitely need to support more trading platforms and improve on their customer support

Excellent services, their spread is also very low when trading currency pairs (i have not checked other asset classes). How I wish they add the TradingView platform for us

definitely an underrated broker, they are so good! never had any withdrawal issues and execution is speedy

I lowerred the leverage on my account ******5037 from 1:3000 to 1:500 only for them to increase it back to 1:3000 without informing me. I just noticed my losses were larger than normal and i decided to check only to find out they have increased my leverage without my permission

stay away from their MT4 it doesnt work. I downloaded the Mt4 and the screen is just blank and I cant logon to my cent account to use it

I reached out to their agent to resolve an issue about my pending order being triggered even after I had cancelled it, she said she will get back to me and they never did.

somebody just posted a review about them lowering their leverage suddenly and i concur with this. Its almost as if they are preventing us from trading. Alot of us signed up with them because of the 3000x leverage and to suddenly reduce it to 200x? how do they expect us to trade? I missed a lot of good trades because of this bs!

They should improve on their personal area display. There is no way to monitor pending withdrawals so if I have a pending withdrawal I will not be able to track it. Brokers like fxpro have this feature

They are fond of increasing margin requirements when markets are a bit volatile thereby making it impossible for you to trade if you dont have a fat account balance. I know every broker does this but their own is too frequent and its annoying

Why execute a stop limit pending order when price has not reached it?

I used Just Markets copy trading and I commend them for how organized and easy it is to use. I was able to fund my investor account quickly without any delays when my equity was low

Broker is okay but I had to abandon them because of their policy on $10 minimum withdrawal which is too high in these hard times. They don't encourage you to withdraw so you can be tempted to keep trading and losing. Other brokers have minimum withdrawal as low as $3 but their own is $10 which has caused me to be over trading whenever I see money in my account.

Quickest withdrawals I have every experienced. Just Markets is awesome

After i cancel a trailing stop loss this broker always reinserts it, and this causes me losses. I mean if i cancel a trailing stop why should they reinsert it on their own? thats blatant cheating

Very honest broker and they do their best to make sure you win. When I first heard of Just Markets I was skeptical but after trying them I think I have finally found my permanent broker. Low spreads, fast execution, 24/7 support and the list goes on.
