The best time to enter a nasdaq trade is when the Nasdaq stock exchange opens by 9 30 AM EST American time or 3 PM South African time.
Before the nasdaq exchange opens you may witness slow price movement but once it opens, there is usually a burst of activity which you can use to your advantage.
In the attached screenshot, you will see price surge upwards upon Nasdaq open

My suggestions:
Focus on range trading or mean reversion, the session is usually low-volatility and range-bound for this pair.
Use tight stops due to possible fakeouts and wider spreads.
Look for setups in the first 1-2 hours after Tokyo open (around 00:00-02:00 GMT).

As a regular retail trader, you need a reliable broker to trade forex online. Big institutions can do huge trades differently, but for us, a good broker that actually pays withdrawals is important. Testing with small withdrawals after a month or so makes sense to be safe.

Draw a box to mark out the Asian range, wait for price to breakout of the box and start reversing back into it, then trade the reversal direction. In todays example the reversal direction was upward, so the play book is to buy.
